H.E Fuad Ahmed Nuh

Fuad Ahmed Nuh is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in finance, corporate strategy, and public administration. Currently serving as the Minister of Civil Aviation & Airports Development of Somaliland, he has played a key role in modernizing the country’s aviation sector, enhancing infrastructure, and strengthening international partnerships.

Before his ministerial role, Fuad served as the Managing Director of eDahab Mobile Money, where he led the platform’s growth into Somaliland’s leading digital financial service, improving financial inclusion and security in the region. With a strong background in corporate finance, financial management, and operations, Fuad has also held senior leadership positions within the Dahabshiil Group, contributing to major financial innovations.

A graduate of the London School of Business and Finance (LSBF), Fuad possesses expertise in strategic financial planning, cross-functional leadership, and commercial banking. His visionary leadership continues to drive progress in both the financial and public sectors, positioning him as a key figure in Somaliland’s economic development.
